The rates for our services are calculated on an hourly basis. There are two categories of rates:

1. Category A – General services – 15 EUR/hour
   1. These are services which involve general assistance, such as help line, assistance concerning everyday life in Bucharest, finding a place to stay, solving various minor problems.
2. Category B – Specialized services – 25 EUR/hour
   1. For the services that implie the utilization of special knowledge such as realization of market research, business planning, project supervision, assistance in negotiations, cross-cultural coaching, etc.

For the renting services – offices, equipments – fees are charged according to what you need to receive. These aspects will be discussed in detail.
For the intermediation services – translation, web design, legal services etc. – we charge you the work volume necessary from our part, at the level of category A services.

How to pay:

• At he beginning of our collaboration, the creation of  a 200 EUR deposit is required, from which the first hours of services will be deducted
  • In case the services we provide value less than 200 EUR in total, we will return the difference
• After exhausting of the initial deposit, we will ask you to pay the fees for our services every time the due amount reaches 200 EUR
  • For long term services, based on subscription, or for well defined projects separate agreements will be made
• For the services in which we only intermediate your relation with another supplier (rent, subscriptions etc), your payment will generally be made directly to that supplier.
• We will issue invoices and proof documents for all payments, with an appropriate description of the paid services.

Discounts
We offer important discount for the clients who establish close business relationships with us. Thus, at a consultancy volume of over 10 hours, you receive a discount of 10% from the total amount, while at a volume of over 30 hours you get a total discount of 20%. Depending on your exact requirements we can provide a dedicated services package, which can contain a discount of up to 40% from our basic rates.

We remind you that BSSF supports the protection of the environment. A part of your money will be used for projects that relate to the protection of the environment. We will keep track of these actions on our web site.
