A: The sooner, the better. This way, we have more time to prepare for your arrival.

Q: Are the BSSF services available all across Romania?
A: Mainly, we only work in Bucharest and its surroundings. In some situations, we can travel to other regions as well.

Q:  Can I have a discount from the BSSF rates?
A: According to the volume of services provided for you, we can offer attractive discounts. Thus, at a consultancy volume of over 10 hours, you receive a 10% discount, while at a volume of over 20 hours, you benefit of a discount of 20%. Depending on your exact requirements we can provide a dedicated services package, which can contain a discount of up to 40% from our basic rates.

Q: In what part of Bucharest do you have offices available for rent?
A: At the time, we don’t have our own offices available for rent. According to your requests (area, surface, quality, rent duration) we can find an appropriate office, endow it with our equipment, and make it available for you. By using our services, you can benefit convenient price conditions.

Q: I understand that, by being natives, you can offer us intermediation services for renting an office or apartment, and advice regarding life in Romania. But market research, consultancy in negotiations, and business planning are services that need a special qualification. Can you provide this kind of services in high quality conditions?
A: Our company is, in its foundations, a business consultancy company. We have successfully offered this kind of services for years. Starting with these specialized services, we acknowledged that a lot of clients from abroad also need “basic” services, such as finding an office to work in, assistance in finding housing, or the presentation of the way of life in Romania.

Q: Do I need to pay anything in advance?
A: The payments related to renting an office, apartment or equipment are made (partially) in advance. The payment for our services is made through an initial deposit, from which the value of the services is deducted. After exhausting of the initial deposit, the payments for our services will be added-up, and you will be asked to pay every time the due amount reaches 200 EUR
